How do I sign up for a class?

What is your cancellation policy for classes?
Please provide at least 12 hours notice to reschedule and retain your class or appointment credit.

Do you offer drop in classes?
Yes! We welcome drop-ins to any of our classes on the schedule. Please sign up online or contact us before coming in.

Absolutely! We host monthly challenges and nutrition accountability groups to boost results and engagement.
How long is a membership contract?
All memberships are month-to-month with a 2-week notice required for cancellation.
How many people are in small group training sessions?
Small group personal training sessions have up to 4 participants, allowing for focused coaching.
How often should I attend workouts?
2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
How long are your classes and sessions?
All personal training sessions and classes are 1 hour long including the warm up and cool down.
Do you provide cardio equipment for training?
Yes, we offer high-quality cardio equipment and movement-focused tools to support every fitness level.
