Join us in a full body hybrid workout designed to improve your strength with dumbbell, landmine, and barbell movements. Every session includes a warm up, strength section, and WOD (workout of the day). The workouts will progress with structured programming throughout a 6 month period leading up to 1 rep max weeks in June and December. This workout is suitable for all levels.
Get your heart rate up and burn some calories! HIIT (high intensity interval training) consists of a full body circuit style workout with bursts of high intensity exercise followed by an interval of lighter intensity exercise or rest. This workout is suitable for all levels.
Targeted specifically for athletes, this class aims to develop muscular strength, endurance, power, speed, and conditioning. This class is designed to teach proper form in both linear, lateral, and rotational movements to prevent injuries and improve overall sport performance.
The class you might need more than any other! You will be led through full body dynamic and static stretches to increase flexibility, stability, range of motion, and joint fluidity. Ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, neck… we will hit it all!
Hosted on the second Saturday of every month, Taurus Faith brings together faith and fitness in one session. Take part in a workout that corresponds with a spiritual topic, consisting of an opening prayer, a 30 minute full body workout to challenge you physically, followed by a small group discussion on different topics to challenge you spiritually. This is a free class that is open to all denominations.
