Get your heart rate up and your body fat down! Taurus HIIT consists of a circuit style workout with bursts of high intensity exercise followed by an interval of lighter intensity exercise or rest. This workout is suitable for all levels.

Targeted specifically for athletes, this class aims to develop muscular endurance, strength, power, speed, and conditioning. This class is designed to teach proper form in both linear and lateral movements to prevent injuries and improve overall performance in a specific sport.

The class you might need more than any other! You will be taken through full body dynamic and static movements to increase flexibility, stability, range of motion, and joint fluidity. Ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, wrists, neck… we will hit it all! 

Hosted on the second Saturday of every month, Taurus Faith brings together faith and fitness in one session. Take part in a workout that corresponds with a spiritual topic, consisting of an opening prayer, a 30 minute full body workout to challenge you physically, followed with small group discussions on different topics to challenge you spiritually. We encourage you to bring your family! Free for all and open to all denominations.
