Small Group Classes
4-5x week = $179/month ($8-10/class)

Strength and Conditioning
Performance classes were created for youth and high school athletes to improve athletic performance,
speed, strength, power, agility, endurance, and injury prevention.
Pricing: $180/month for 2 classes per week, $25 drop in, Punch Card - 10 classes for $225
Personalized Programs
Home or gym programs written to focus on YOUR specific goals, whether that is building strength, losing weight, prenatal or postpartum, athletic performance, injury prevention, or just wanting to move better.
4 Week Program: $80
8 Week Program: $150
*5% discount available on any personal training package for Military, First Responders, or family members under the same roof
