“One year ago I started training with Bridgett. I had a goal to be "Fit by 50." Not having exercised for a long time, I was apprehensive, but when I met and got to know Bridgett, I knew she was the perfect coach for me. She is professional and knowledgeable along with being kind and patient. She creates personal workouts that allow me to improve my strength, flexibility, and balance. Her cheerful attitude makes my session time go by quickly! Some weeks it's hard to stay motivated, but with her encouragement and gentle reminders of my "why", it gives me the motivation to continue training. Bridgett is an awesome trainer who has helped me to achieve my goal! I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Bridgett!”

“Bridgett trained our son Karter for three months this past summer with a focus on increasing his speed, agility and strength.  Karter really enjoyed the workouts and his soccer play improved significantly leading into the fall season.  Karter especially loved the agility ladder exercises and the exercises where he balanced on one leg while catching a HECOstix.  Bridgett was an excellent coach and raised Karter's confidence level, while teaching him the importance of proper body mechanics in relation to injury prevention.  We highly recommend Bridgett to anyone looking for a fitness coach for their son or daughter as she created training sessions that kept our son engaged and which focused on areas that improved his play.  Karter had a blast training with Bridgett.”

“I began working with Bridgett back in March of 2022 as my personal trainer.  I was a former runner who suffered a career ending injury amidst the covid pandemic.  No longer being able to run I still enjoyed going to the gym and doing cardio but I wanted to look a little more toned and have some strength for my everyday life.  At this time too I was knee deep in my 13 year battle with anorexia as well as suffering from an exercise addiction.  Working with Bridgett was great - she helped me develop a wonderful lifting routine and I began to see much improvement in my day to day activities.  However, my eating disorder and exercise addiction continued to have full force in my life and I began going down a very bad path.

At 95 pounds I had hit rock bottom, the only thing working in my body was my heart and it was only working due to the fact that I was an endurance athlete and it was used to being under stressful situations.  I knew something had to change.  I turned to rehab, I checked myself into an Eating Disorder facility in Maryland and got the help I needed.  It was one of the hardest decisions I had to ever make but I was looking death in the face and I had no choice.

After one of the hardest months of my life I returned home.  It took 6 months to return to the gym but I knew I wanted to give lifting another try and really get healthy and strong.  I have been following Bridgett's plan as well as taking proper care of myself and I have never been happier and healthier in my life.”

"I trained with Bridgett for 7 months for strength and conditioning to prepare for the start of my soccer season. My goal was to gain the strength and conditioning in order to secure a position on the team, which I did! Training with Bridgett was a great experience. She is very kind and always pushes you to be your best self."

“Bridgett trained my daughter, Laurajia, to help in her fitness journey. Not only did Laurajia struggle with confidence in herself, she also was uncomfortable training on her own. With Bridgett’s help she has gained so much confidence and progressed in her cheerleading.  She even was able to do a one man lift during her fall season of cheer. Bridgett was not only her educator of fitness and health but someone she knew she could trust without a doubt. She immediately felt at ease in Bridgett’s presence. We look forward to working with her again in the near future.”

“The idea of getting older has all type of implications – you slow down, you’re less motivated, recovery takes longer, there are so many more important & necessary things to do than waking up at 4:55 am and getting a work out in … but truly it’s the opposite!  Making your emotional and physical wellness a priority is always important no matter your age and I’m beyond grateful for Bridgett’s partnership and coaching, in helping me move towards my goal of improving my overall fitness and health.  I love that the idea of “cheeks to sneaks” will once again be within reach, I love that I’m excited to hit the gym before it’s light outside and most of all I love the energy and overall amazing training environment that Bridgett has nurtured!  My mobility and flexibility has improved exponentially and the old aches and pains from sports injuries have not been a barrier to improving my strength.  Being a mom to an active and healthy teenager, it’s so important to model to her the importance of taking care of yourself and prioritizing your health in hopes that she will continue on the same path!   Bridgett has been an incredible partner and mentor in providing me with the faith and belief that I can do better, be better and always get one more rep in!!”
